Can I sample the products before I decide if Synthesis is right for my business?

Yes, we are happy to provide a sample kit once you have been approved as a Synthesis partner.

Do you offer any incentives?

For your customers we offer specials and promotions by way of an exciting annual promotional calendar. For your business and staff, we can work with you to offer staff incentives based on retail sales and product/treatment offerings.

Is there product/treatment training available?

Yes, we offer comprehensive training including business support. We do all we can to support our partners. We offer in person or virtual training along with access to 24/7 professional online resources including video tutorials and an online training module.

Are there minimum order quantities?

When you become a Synthesis partner, we prefer that you purchase one of our Opening Order Packages. These have been created to get adequate retail stock onto your shelves and for spa partners, to ensure you have adequate professional stock to begin offering the Spa treatments. We are happy to work with you should you require a curated opening order. We require a minimum opening order of $1500.

To keep your wholesale account active, you are required to maintain a minimum of $1500 per quarter.

How do I place my opening and ongoing orders?

You’ll be emailed a link to set up your online account via our website. In order to manage your account easily and conveniently, we require that all orders are placed via your online professional log in.

What are my payment options?

We require payment in full before dispatch of any orders. You can pay with credit cards (except American Express and Diners) and PayPal.

Credit terms may be considered after one year. Where credit has been arranged, terms are 30 days from date of invoice.

Shipping and Handling

We ship orders via Australia Post or courier. We aim to dispatch all orders made before 2pm Monday to Friday within 5 business days.

All domestic wholesale orders over $1000 (ex GST) will be shipped freight free. If your order is less than $1000, you will be charged a flat freight fee of $35.

If Express freight is requested, charges will be as per quoted by the courier company / Australia Post.

International orders are sent by courier or Australia post at cost.

Do you have a returns policy?

Goods may be returned if damaged or faulty. Damaged or faulty stock must be returned with a completed “Credit Claim” form. This is available on the professional website log in.

A credit note will be issued once returned damaged/faulty stock has been received.

All claims for damaged stock must be made within 5 business days from receipt of goods and accompanied by a photo of the damaged goods for insurance purposes.

Goods may be returned if you have a customer who is unhappy with the products (we offer a 14 day money back guarantee) or if your customer has an adverse reaction to the products.

All claims for returned products and adverse reactions must be made via the “Credit Claim” form within 14 days of the customer purchasing the products.

Quality Control

Synthesis products are to be stored in a controlled environment with the temperature not exceeding 28 degrees celsius and kept away from direct sunlight and moisture. To retain their organic status, they must also be stored away from possible contamination with non-organic products.

Synthesis products are made from all organic raw ingredients so variations in aroma, colour, texture and viscosity may occur from batch to batch, reflecting the unique and natural quality of each season’s harvest.

What customer support do you offer?

We endeavour to check in with our partners on a 4-6 week rotational cycle. We are on hand to answer any questions you have or for any support/ideas that you may need to discuss.
